Youth Group meets at 1424 Washington

​We hope for REVOLUTION in students’ lives. 
While the word has varying definitions, we want all these to all be true in students’ lives:
-  A radical and complete change through salvation in Jesus
-  The overthrow or renunciation of one ruler (the world, culture, satan) for another (God)     
-  A fundamental change in their way of thinking (based on the Truth of the Bible)
-  Lives in orbit around God as their axis ​

We strive for such REVOLUTION through RPMS.
Just like RPMS for an engine are a measure of power and functionality, the same goes for our lives - but RPMS stands for something else.  When we talk about RPMS, we are asking about our Relational, Physical, Mental, and Spiritual health.

Those four aspects are dependent on each other and in order to live powerfully,
we need to be intentional with each of them.  ​We will struggle physically, mentally, and relationally if our spiritual walk is struggling.

Everything impacts our spiritual health and
​our spiritual health impacts everything!

RPMS comes from Luke 2:52 which tells us,
"Jesus grew in wisdom (mental) and stature (physical), ​and in favor with God (spiritual) and men (relational)."

DTs (aka Devotional Time)

Spending time in God's Word every day is vital to a healthy and growing relationship with Jesus.  I know how hard it can be to develop this spiritual discipline.  My hope is that by working through Bible reading plans together, hurdles are removed and students will be able to establish a routine of spending time in the Bible each day and discussing it with others.  

Weekly reading schedules are available at sunday school and youth group.  Students can also be added to a text-reminder each day!

Youth Group // 6-7:30pm // Danielle's House

Youth Group is a time for us to eat a meal together, check on our RPMS, and spend time in worship and teaching. While there is definitely fun to be had, it is an intentional time for relational and spiritual growth. Friends are absolutely welcome!  Students are encouraged to bring a Bible and notebook.

RLBC Youth Ministry

​The vision for REVOLUTION Youth Ministry is to equip students to live their lives
relationally, physically, mentally, and spiritually surrendered to Jesus.

Meet Danielle!

Danielle moved to Robert Lee in the Fall of 2019 from the PNW.  In October 2020, she felt called to youth ministry and in February 2021 stepped in to fill the role of Youth Minister here at RLBC.  She has since been officially brought on in a part-time role and is loving every minute of it!!  Danielle is passionate about discipleship and seeing students learn to love Jesus and the life He calls us to.  She loves supporting our youth at school and sporting events, hosting games nights, and taking the youth into town for occasional treats and mini shopping sprees.
